Hey, I’m Jade — baker, decorator, and all-round cake lover behind JD Bakes (formerly JD Bespoke Bakes and Jade’s Delights).

What started in 2017 as a love of baking for family and friends has grown into a full-time small business, filled with brownies, stuffed cookies, traybakes, and all things sweet.

You’ll often find me in my Clay Cross bakery, hand-making every treat with love (and a sprinkle of chaos from your resident ADHD girly!). Outside, The Cake Shed is open daily, packed with goodies, and our DIY trailer brings our treats to local events all year round.

We also create branded cookies and brownies for businesses — perfect for events, launches, or gifting. And soon, you’ll be able to get our treats delivered straight to your door with our postal service!
